RNM Systems is a specialist in workspace management and room booking solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering dedicated solutions that maintain flexibility whilst working towards clients specific needs. Our dedicated team have a wealth of experience in configuration, installation and training, ensuring our clients get the best knowledge and service available in the market today.
Software Products
Many of the problems we are asked to solve are common to almost any business, large or small. So we have also drawn on our experience to create a series of stand-alone applications that provide “best in class” solutions to these business needs.
These software products include room and resource booking, corporate intranet and global service portals. All of these products focus on the user experience whilst retaining true scalability to allow the software to expand along side our clients business.
Our applications have won several awards from both the IT and FM worlds, which we believe shows that we have listened to our clients when designing these software solutions.
Development
We believe that technology should simplify life, not make it more complicated. As such, when we’re asked to provide modification to our existing stable of products or to design a completely bespoke application from scratch, we ensure that the end result improves the efficiency and performance of our clients business without over complicating their processes.

Support
We strive to make our software as easy to use as possible, but questions and problems naturally come up from time to time. That’s where our support team steps in to help, when you call us for support, you won’t get routed to a call centre on the other side of the world, you’ll speak to our own in-house experts, who know our systems inside out.
Whether you choose our standard (8am to 6pm) or round-the-clock support, you’ve got a single point of contact for all of our software applications. Where a site visit or a remote diagnostic is required, our team will deal with this within our stated service level agreement and keep you updated throughout the process.
Our History
RNM Systems (formerly Resonate New Media) was formed in June 2000 as a CAD services consultant working with several major global banks. Building on this experience the company expanded its skill set and staff to accommodate software development requests from its existing client base.
Resonate New Media moved into the software market and quickly established itself as a web based information management solutions provider within the Facilities Management industry .
In 2002 Resonate New Media was rebranded as RNM Systems to reflect the direction of the organisations products and services in the systems development and software industry.
In 2004 RNM moved to new offices at Canary Wharf and started the development of Condeco as an out-the-box software solution aimed at the meeting room management market.
In 2005 Condeco was launched and it is now the main software product marketed by RNM Systems.
In November 2005 Condeco was awarded the Best e-business product by PFM magazine.
