Meeting room booking

Condeco has facilities to add catering and equipment items to the system and make these available based on location, room and user permissions.

Desk booking

Condeco’s desk booking module offers an intuitive way of booking and managing hot desks. Users can find a desk on a floor plan, conduct a desk search, look for an employee or let Condeco find the most suitable desk for them.

  • User search to track down employees so colleagues and teams can be seated together
  • Stand-alone kiosks can be placed in specific spaces where there is a requirement so users can search and reserve an available hot desk space on an ad hoc basis by logging into the kiosk
  • Fixed desks feature allows an administrator to fix a desk for set dates and release the desk back into the hot desk environment at such times when the employee is on holiday or out of the office

Car park booking

Condeco’s car park booking allows for parking spaces to be booked through the same intuitive floor plan view as desks.
