Interactive Floor Plans
Condeco’s interactive floor plans are a key feature of the desk booking module, enabling users to directly view available and booked desks via a graphical interface.
DESK BOOKING: Interactive floor plans show available desks.
Users who want to view the desk layout on a floor plan can access a plan view of the selected floor at the location. The initial floor plan displayed will show the entire floor selected and the various groups that are present on the floor are highlighted on the plan in different colours.
To book a desk, users can select the area in which they want to book, and instantly see which desks are available on the selected date. They can filter the plan for specific desk types where required.
An icon is displayed at each desk position showing the AM and PM availability for each desk.
To make a booking users just need to click on the relevant icon and complete a booking form.
