A simple interface with daily and weekly calendar views enables everyone to keep track of what rooms are booked and where.

Complex and reoccurring bookings

Even complex bookings can easily be processed; Condeco’s intuitive and flexible booking form allows users to enter meeting and host details, colour code the meeting type, book predefined set up options and order everything required for the meeting. Reoccurring meetings can easily be arranged and changed.

Managed or self-serve

Condeco allows for rooms to be managed (allocated on request), part managed (user requests specific room) or self-serve (user books the room straight away).

It is possible to have multiple configurations per system by putting rooms into groups. For example, client rooms can only be booked through a request form managed by system administrators while internal meeting rooms can be grouped into a self managed group where users can book rooms direct from the grid.
