Managed Bookings
A managed room booking in Condeco allows users to submit a request that will be picked up by the client team or reception.
Booking Request: Users can place booking requests that get send to the client team for confirmation.How it works
Users can make a request for a room and room features, select catering and equipment requirements, invite attendees and submit the booking for approval by the client team.
The system pre-selects the most suitable room according to the number of selected visitors and required resources. The client team have overall control to move, confirm or cancel the booking, and adjust all details accordingly.
Once the booking is confirmed, or has been changed, Condeco sends notification email to the host with the booking details, and a V Calendar file (optional) to add the meeting to Outlook or Notes.

Monitor and control bookings
The day-to-day management of bookings is easy. The client team can monitor the progress of each booking and its equipment and catering orders on a dedicated grid screen. The customisable grid indicates the status of catering and equipment orders, gives details of the booking, indicates the type of booking, the meeting progress and any changed requirements that are added to the system.
Condeco's managed room booking process keeps the client team in control, assuring the optimal use of rooms and resources.
