Part Managed Bookings
A part managed room booking in Condeco allows users to submit a request for a specific room.
How it works
Users can request a room by either selecting an available slot from the calendar grid or using the advanced search. Unlike a completely managed environment, part managed bookings allow users to select a specific rooms and hold them ‘on request’ until confirmed by the client services team or reception.
This configuration gives users the freedom to make the room choice and check room availability via the calendar whilst the client services team still retains overall control of the system.
Monitor and control bookings
The day-to-day management of bookings is easy. The client team can monitor the progress of each booking and its equipment and catering orders on a dedicated grid screen. The customisable grid indicates the status of catering and equipment orders, gives details of the booking, indicates the type of booking, the meeting progress and any changed requirements that are added to the system.
