How it works

Users find the right room on the calendar grid or through the advanced search. Through a comprehensive booking form they can make the booking, invite attendees, and organise materials and catering in an easy and intuitive step-by-step process.

By submitting the form Condeco processes the booking and sends out a confirmation email and attendee invitations.

Read only calendar grid

Users can be allocated various access levels that will enable them to either have rights to a read only calendar grid or full booking facilities, which will allow each user to book, amend and cancel their own bookings. The client team can still exercise the overall control of meeting rooms and bookings if required.

Step by step guidance

Condeco helps users on every step of the booking, offers all the correct equipment choices for the room, displays catering options and helps to invite attendees. Whilst users just need to complete a simple form, Condeco takes care of all the background processing, sends out the invitation emails, communicates with the vendors and the client team where applicable to make sure everything is in place on the day of the meeting.
