RNM Systems releases new version of Condeco

Latest release of the ‘best in class’ room and resource scheduling solution provides enhanced functionality for desk booking and car park management

RNM Systems, the award-winning provider of facilities management software, today announced the latest release of Condeco, the popular room booking solution.

This new release includes a brand new module for managing and booking hot desks – something which is particularly topical in the corporate world right now where there is a great focus on space and cost savings.

Users can find a desk on a floor plan or let Condeco find the most suitable desk for them. The whole process is tailored to suit the client's needs and to ensure that the right balance is made between providing efficient use of resources and making the user feel part of the office environment.

In addition, this latest release of Condeco also features an optional addition to manage car parking spaces for staff and visitors.

The Car Parking module handles online requests from the company’s intranet or via the room-booking module, allowing the user or client services team to allocate the spaces, as they are required. The reports on the cost and utilisation of these spaces provide the FM team with valuable real time information.

The new release of Condeco also features several enhancements designed to optimise the ease of understanding and functionality for users and administrators. In conjunction with the new desk booking module, existing features for visitor management, vendor management and a planned release for MS Outlook Integration, Condeco directly addresses the growing needs of the client as their organisations expand.
