MS Outlook® Integration
With the MS Outlook plug in version of Condeco users can reserve rooms and schedule attendees directly from within MS Outlook.
Booking through Outlook: With the Condeco Outlook plug in users can arrange a meeting in Outlook and book a room in Condeco in the same process.
How it works
Users can select the meeting time and location from the appointments tab within MS Outlook, and select the attendees to be invited from their Outlook contacts through the same interface. Outlook will display the availability of internal attendees so that an appropriate time for the meeting can be selected.
In the next step users can select the Condeco tab to search a list of available rooms and to complete the room booking process. This form contains separate pages for additional needs, such as ordering catering, AV equipment, additional attendees, and other supplies that are required for the meeting.
Maximum flexibility
The system allows users to request bookings for rooms that are managed or book rooms directly all through one seamless application.
The client services team can still maintain control of managed rooms and accept requests through Condeco as before, providing maximum flexibility for both the users and the administrators.
