Email Confirmations: Customisable email confirmations inform guests of the meeting details an locations.
From the moment a booking is made to the minute a visitor leaves; Condeco’s visitor management tools make sure you can keep track of who is in the building.
Invitations
Condeco automatically sends email invitations to everyone who has been added to the attendee list in the booking. If the attendee is not yet in the personal address book of the user, Condeco will automatically add an entry so the host does not need to retype the details again the next time. Condeco will notify the attendee of any change in the time or location of the meeting automatically, saving time and reducing the likeliness of errors.
On arrival
Visitor roll call: On the push of a button administrators can see who’s in the building.
When a guest arrives, reception can look up the details of the attendee and the meeting, and notify the host by email or SMS. On the push of a button Condeco prints a visitors pass, displaying the name of the guest, the company they are from, whom they are visiting and, if required, even a picture taken by a web cam. Condeco helps to reduce the workload of reception and the duplication of data that a conventional paper-based process would require.
Roll Call
With Condeco you know who’s in the building. The system can hold all your visitors details, it can produce a roll call to give a complete list of all the visitors in the building.
